Ennui
Boredom is an evil thing. It's insidious, it is. This is how it starts. One has nothing to do OR one is unable to do anything because one is stuck at work. So then, one doesn't do anything but surf the 'Net. Then, one can't do anything BUT surf the 'Net. This vicious cycle repeats and pretty soon, une fille s'ennuie très.
My ennui has led me to the wonderful world of knitting online. In fact, I can't seem to get anything done except reading knitting blogs, like this one.
I love knitting blogs. I just started knitting in earnest and am totally addicted. I was going to write "hooked" right at the end of the previous sentence but that word seems more appropriate to a discussion on crocheting. Hey, I might start a knitting blog but I probably wouldn't write in that one anymore than I do this one.
Sigh!
Word - James Marsters on Smallville tonight. OMG! I love that show.
